Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item or else a refund will be automatically processed
Items requested for exchange can not be held. If the item is not in stock when it arrives for an exchange a refund will be processed
If an address is filled out incorrectly and returned to us, we will refund the products in your order after they have been sent back to us and require you to make a new order.
