After two long competitive series, there are now only 2 out of the 30 teams in the running to be crowned world champions. We've got the up and coming Oklahoma City Thunder and the star-studded Miami Heat to square off in a series that holds no doubt in being a competitive back and forth affair. The Conference Finals Player Of The Week goes to a man who pulled his team out of a tug of war and placed his team in the Finals. That man is...

WHY HE WON OUR PLAYER OF THE WEEKWell Lebron James did what all of us thought he couldn't do. Show up in the clutch and step up to the adversity. It may have taken until he was 27 years old but he has put outstanding games together at the right time. Despite the Celtics trying to battle off claims they are old and run down it did manage to show in the 4th quarter of game 7 as the Miami Heat outscored the Celtics 28-15. In the last 3 games of the series Lebron has rattled off 30 points 13 rebounds, 45 points 15 rebounds and 31 points 12 rebounds. Part of it was clearly the mind set and the responsibilities that comes with leading Miami. He drilled one sentence into his quiet eagar team before they took the court for game 7 saying.
"You've got to want this game as bad as your next breath."It's the right mentality to take into the next series against the Thunder because if Miami is able to snatch a game in Oklahoma City then it changes the whole complexity of the series.
STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSESStrengths: Lebron has the complete package… physically. He is one of the strongest, most athletic small forward’s in the history of the game. It is not hard to tell why when he is always finishing plays on the fast-break, man-ing up and playing some solid defence. Although can it be guarded with Kevin Durant's long wingspan? Weaknesses: He is halfway to overcoming his main weakness. Crunch time. Lebron has managed to get over the Boston Celtics but lets see how he goes against Durant for 48 minutes a night. He has already had tough assignments in Paul Pierce and Carmelo Anthony so lets see if he can pass on the pain to the Thunder.
